Site Guidelines
Multiple listings are not permitted in the same community/city.
Rather than listing the same ad in multiple communities/cities, users
should place a listing in a nationwide category. Spam is not permitted
and spammers will be removed and disallowed from use of this site. Ads
that do not include contact information will be deemed Announcements
and either moved to that category or deleted. Be polite and civil.
Nothing illegal, no spam, no scams, no misrepresentations, no lying, no
fabrications, no libel, no slander, no swearing or bad language are
allowed.
How to browse ads on the site
To browse the site's ads, click on the community/city of interest and
then the category. If you find an ad of interest, contact the seller by
the means they provide - either email or phone.
Placing an Ad
You must login to place a new ad or edit an ad you have created. New
users must Register to create a username and password. Your ad will
remain for 5 days unless you delete it sooner. Remember to log out when
you have finished placing your ad.
Select the community/city, then the ad category, then New
Topic. Enter the subject of the ad, then enter the details of the ad
and be sure to include either an email or phone number. Select the
Preview button to review your ad and make any changes. Select the
Submit button to create your ad online.
How to Register
The first time you want to login, you will need to register. To
register, you need a valid email address and you will also select a
username and password. Once you have completed the registration, you
will receive an email. Open that email and follow the directions to
confirm the login/email. You may now use your username and password to
login to the site. Once you are logged in, you may place an ad or
edit/delete an ad you have created.
Be sure to log out when you have finished. Make a note of your login and password for future use.
Example - creating an ad
To place an ad for a leather couch for sale in Dallas - Select
Dallas, then Items For Sale, then New Topic. Complete the subject:
Leather couch. Enter a description of the couch on the body of the ad
along with a phone number and/or email so interested buyers may contact
you. Include a URL or link if you have pictures on a web site. Select
the Submit button and the ad will be listed in the Dallas, Items For
Sale category.
To make changes to your ad, you must Login and display your ad. Then
click the Edit icon within your ad to make changes. You must Login with
the Username that was used to create the ad in order to be able to edit
it.
To Delete your ad, you must Login and display your ad. Then click the
Delete (X) icon within your ad to delete it. You must Login with the
Username that was used to create the ad in order to be able to delete
it.

setting up a free email account at one of the many free web-mail
services. Some of them are: Gmail,
